(SEW) in Pan Chiao, Taipei Hsien, Taiwan manufacturing and marketing various test and measurement instruments worldwide. There have been a number of major steps in SEW's growth. 1973 Major products were analog Panel Meters, Multitesters, Insulation Testers, Clamp Meters, Earth Resistances Testers and Phase Sequence Indicators. 1989 Beginning of reserach and development, and production of digital and analog electric field measurement instruments. 1998 Since 1998, TOPTRONIC has selected SEW as their manufacturing partner and entered into a join venture agreement because of SEW's outstanding long record of manufacturing Test and Measuring Equipments.
